What is the climate in Zambia and when to go to make the most of the country?

If you want to make the most of the "Big Five" (a term coined by Ernest Hemingway, referring to the five African mammals: lion, buffalo, rhinoceros, leopard, and elephant) during your safaris, we recommend traveling from May to July. Zambia experiences a tropical climate, alternating dry seasons from May to September and rainy seasons between October and April. In this Southern African country, temperatures are generally mild and, even if you occasionally feel hot, you can always cool down by getting closer to Victoria Falls.
