On the guide's page, below the photos and videos you will find a contact form where you can write your message to the guide. Your message is received instantly by the guide and the subsequent exchanges with the guide will take place on the secure SoGuide messaging platform.
We recommend contacting multiple guides at once to maximize your chances of finding a guide available on the dates you want.

At SoGuide, we have 3 types of guides (even if the boundaries are sometimes blurry, we admit).
Drivers often have their own vehicle and accompany you on the road. However, they can often also inform you about points of interest and advise you on your itinerary.
Cultural guides are the most common guides, they will organize your trip as a travel agency could, they are experts of their destination, know the good tips and will get you off the beaten path!
Adventure guides are the guides who take you on multi‑day treks, desert hikes, bike rides…
With SoGuide, you decide, there are no set packages. Whether it's a 3-week trek in Nepal or a day visit in Rio, our guides accompany you and create a tailor-made trip that matches your wishes!
By default, the deposit payment is made on the platform by credit card only. For the remaining balance, depending on the guide's conditions, you can pay in cash on site.
The guides we reference are field guides; they are constantly accompanying groups of travelers, so it is sometimes difficult for them to respond very quickly to your requests. Follow up with them, but also give them some time to reply, the 4G connection is quite poor in the Himalayas!...
