Uganda

Uganda is a landlocked country in East Africa, whose natural beauty and rich wildlife have earned it the nickname of "The Pearl of Africa". This spectacular wildlife is a sanctuary for gorillas, and we highly recommend visiting the impenetrable Bwindi forest.

This country straddling the equator is surrounded by three great lakes, including Lake Edward, Albert, and the most famous of all: Lake Victoria. In the north of the country, you'll find the Muchison Falls, where you can observe, thanks to our SoGuide guides, an impressive 43-meter-high waterfall and a population of hippos!
