It is a pleasant place to live in Rwanda. Temperatures vary little; during the day the thermometer often reads 30°C and at night it hovers around 15°C. The climate is equatorial, but as soon as you go up in altitude, you find a bit of coolness. The best time to visit this country is between June and September. You are free to go at another time of the year, but beware of heavy rains!
