This avoids the intense heat of summer, with days that are very warm and sunny but nights that are cool enough to allow for a good night's sleep. From December to February-March, a northeast wind sometimes blows during the day, which can turn into dust storms; but more often than not, sea breezes on the coast cool the atmosphere. In the north, fog is quite common in the morning between November and February.
