What is the climate in Jamaica and when to go to make the most of the country?

With its tropical climate, temperatures in Jamaica don’t vary much. However, if you head to higher elevations, be sure to pack something warm, as it gets cooler—especially at the summit of the Blue Mountains. Also, be mindful of the rainy season. Heavy rainfall occurs from May through October. If possible, plan your trip between November and April, when it’s cooler and less humid.
