What is the climate in Belize and when to go to make the most of the country?

Belize has a tropical climate and can be visited year-round. Temperatures are generally warm and pleasant, averaging around 25 to 30 °C.

The dry season generally runs from February to May, making it the ideal time to enjoy the beaches of the Caribbean Sea and explore islands such as Ambergris Caye. The rainy season, from June to November, brings more frequent showers but also particularly lush vegetation in the jungle regions around San Ignacio.

The months of March through June are particularly popular for diving and snorkeling on the Belize Barrier Reef, while the period from December through April is very popular for travel and outdoor activities.
