What is the climate in Australia and when to go to make the most of the country?

Located in the southern hemisphere, the island continent's only temperate region, in the south, has seasons that are the opposite of those in Europe, but its entire northern region has a tropical climate. Given its vast size, the best time to travel there varies depending on the region. The shoulder seasons (May and September), or better still (April and October), will allow you to escape both the most unpleasant part of the rainy season in the north and the overcast skies and cold of the southern winter in the south.
