Gerson is a local guide who speaks English and Spanish and takes travelers on tours through the Peruvian Amazon rainforest. Beloved by travelers from around the world, he has been leading jungle excursions for many years. He knows the jungle inside and out, can “read” it like no one else, and ensures that every outing is safe: wildlife and bird watching, canoe trips, nights at a lodge, and encounters with local communities. To support his village, he and his family founded an internationally renowned lodge, where he welcomes travelers with open arms and introduces them to the daily lives of the Amazon’s inhabitants.
